Apple & Rabbit Date
We mixed sauer apple and meat of tender rabbit with some vegetables and spices, gently put the berry of cranberry inside having in mind that this mixture of tastes and textures accompanied by red wine will fulfill your mouth with mountain and forest notes.

Rabbit meat fresh, Onions, Carrots, Salt, Black pepper, Dry garlic, Bay leaf, Granny Smith apple, Sugar, dry red wine, gelatin, water, Cranberry frozen, Orange juice, orange peel, Sugar, Black pepper, Gelatin
Cookie: Butter, Wheat flour, Parmesan
Storage at temp - 12-40C for 12 months, not allowed to defrost twice
