Salmon Love
Tender salmon mousse with passion fruit and mango have such alluring color and very soft texture. Easy going with white wines and bubbles, melting and creating desire to have one more.
We recommend to serve it with edible flowers or microgreens
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet, Salt, Cream cheese
heavy Cream 10%, Gelatine, Lime juice, Mango puree, Cucumber, Apple, Chili pepper, Cilantro, Mint, Tarragon, Lime peel
Cookie: Butter, Wheat flour, Parmesan
Storage at temp - 12-40C for 12 months, not allowed to defrost twice
Defrost: 30 min at temperature +24
